This bolero is knit from the bottom up with a curved hem shaped with short rows. Puffed sleeves are knit separately and joined to the body at the underarms and then the upper bodice is worked in one piece. To complete the bolero stitches are picked up around the outer edge and the border is worked in the round. Two different stitch patterns are given for the border.
